I've had this now for several years but since I originally bought it on Fleabay I thought I should get it vetted here; since it's pretty vanilla ( exactly what I was looking for ) and not SS or anything exotic I thought it might be OK - any thoughts?

Serif font is a good sign. I assume you've checked that the unit actually existed? The stammrollen number is high but being an erstaz unit that shouldn't neccessarily be a red flag. The wear to the holes is convincing so I see no problem with this example (assuming there was such a unit of course)
