Before he began his web site, Don published several soft cover books concerning Prussian and III Reich Dienstmarken. Perhaps the books can be found.

No, not yet. But I am considering just cancelling the purchase, because of the info in here. I will make up my mind tomorrow and write the seller. If I do get it, I will take more pictures and post it here.

Oh yes, if you have the option it's definitely the best choice- I don't see how there could be any doubt it's a fake disc, and why go to all the trouble and expense of shipping it twice if you can cancel? Seeing it in person surely won't reveal some feature that explains the misaligned letters...

Thank you all for the replies and advices :-) That means alot. I have mailed the seller and told him, that I would like to cancel the purchase (I haven't transferred any money yet) . All the better, because today, I received a surprise s**t bill for a couple of 1000's EUR... aarghh...
