Is the top disk "Jager Nachr. ERS Komp 56? They both have some red flags but they might be OK. I cannot tell in the image for sure but the "0" in "3190" looks like it might be stamped on top of corrosion, but it is hard to tell. The mix of all caps small and large is also a minor concern in the bottom disk. The big red flag would be if the numbers happen to be exactly the same. I would look closely at the 9 from the bottom disk and the 6's and 9's from the top one get a straight on picture if possible and check them against each other, if they match the disks are bad. From these photos they look quite similar to me. The Large "S" on both disks looks very similar as well...
