Luftwaffe Erkennungsmarken - opinions please

Hello,
I have seen these two erkennungsmarken and would value a second opinion. I always get more nervous when I see sans-serif stampings, but I'm not sure Luftsperr (ballons) and flakscheinwerfer (searchlights) would be so desirable to fake!?

The Luftsperr one has evidence of a cord rubbing the pair of holes, which IMO would support originality.
Anyway, I'd be grateful for confirmation...

Yes both good to me also. FYI the 4th Batterie of Luftsperr 209 was formed in 1942, serving under 24th Flak Division in Germany.
