I did a little research and could only come with

Luftwaffen-Bau-Bataillon 6./I

Formed 6.40 with 3 companies. Disbanded 1943.

Anyone know anything more about this ID tag?

Yes, formed 6.40 from Luftwaffen-Bau-Bataillon 306 with 3 companies. In 1942 2 companies were replaced by 1. and 2./19/III.

In January 1943, 2 companies (1. and 3.) were destroyed in Stalingrad, and was replaced by 1. and 2./9/VIII. Heavy losses August 1944 in Romania (Jassy and Ploesti). Ended the war in Luftgau XVII.
