The reason I want fake tags is to wear them. Just need someone who can tell me what goes on a Luftwaffe tag.
You need to know the mobilierungs number (mob number) of the unit. Use the mob finder link at top of this Ekm topic to find it. Luftwaffe tags, for flight or FJ only put mob number on tags.

Early tags had more info on them. The numbers only version didn't come about till around 42?
I have had tags made for my Fj unit using both versions.
Don't remember for sure, but I think I got mine from Reddick. Seems they are/were in Texas.

Tried using 2014 MOB finder and couldn't find it. Ill have to translate the German site to English and try again. Thanks for the help, I'm one step closer. I might find the number someday.
I forgot to ask where the mob number would be on the first or second line on the tag?

MOB Numbers fro JG27- 53535 is the STAB. 53536, 37 and 38 are the "wings"
JG27, just look through the forum or do a quick search for "FJ Disk" you will find examples of coded disks.
