Need some help with this EKM

This half disc was found in Belgium last week. I cant find more information about the unit as it seems to have been renamed.
Who can help me out? Thanks for any feedback!

Not quite Dean- it was initially part of the 159. Division of the 'Ersatzheer', and supplied replacements to the 4. Panzer-Divison- primarily (on paper at least) Schützen-Regiment 12. The Ersatzheer had its own organization just like the field army.
