Very interesting indeed Matt I have yet to find one here for sale on the Island I assume it must be the same in Vancouver as well you must have to purchase yours from dealers and sellers afar.

Oh yes- the vast, vast majority of mine came from Germany and eastern Europe. Dealers aren't a good source because they charge a lot and most of the time have insufficient knowledge to recognize fakes (so unknowingly stock a lot of them). ebaY.de is a good source.
