The regiment certainly existed, the blood group stamp is different to the other numeric '0' (a good sign), the font is sans serif (not a great sign) but overall I like it. Not worth a great deal but probably authentic.
Where has the tag come from ?

I purchased this tag on ebay several years ago. I no longer recall where the seller was from.
