It is a border guard tag. I don't know the value $40 seems high but I don't know, it is in excellent condition. It also says $32 on the price tag I would at least ask the seller to come down to that!

The same one is on sale again... So someone didn't think it was worth it..
The seller wanted $20 shipping so $60 usd was way to much for me.. I rather save up for a ss tag? I posted a classified ad if anyone has one for sale .. Let me know.. Thx
