Normally if the stamping is newer than the disc, there's evidence of some of the original patina being lost due to the impact of the stamp- a 'halo' on the front and flakes off the back- there's none of that here, so I don't tend to see that issue myself. The lettering isn't a known or obvious fake type, and it's a mix, which is not usual for bad discs either- plus it's a very obscure eastern volunteer disc which has very little value so could be argued not to be worth faking. I don't have any trouble with it.
