look in the original SS tags section at the top of the Erkennungsmaken forum and you will see many original disks marked "WAFFEN-SS" on the back.

this tag is fake for lots of reasons but that is not one of them unless you count the font used

This tag and the tag posted in the thread "Waffen SS Dog Tags Real or Fake??" are both fakes from the same stamp set. it is easy to detect fakes when the same stamp is used for two separate units that happen to also be very desirable.

Nordland tend to have the 'Waffen SS' on the front.
