Small group from Stalingrad, part 4

Hello.
Here I show you my latest group of erkennungsmarken obtained from the Volgograd area.
As usual I am very keen to hear your opinions on these.
I have seen more than one interpretation on R.A.L, please tell me the correct one.

Very nice Laplander- I've never seen a Festungs-Flak disc before. As for the RAL abbreviation, that's a new one on me too- the listing for Flak-Ers.-Abt. 38 is pretty minimal and gives no indication of what it might stand for; I only know it as the colour chart...

My idea on the RAL abbreviation:

Reichs Ausbildungs Lager
or
Rekruten Ausbildungs Lager
But, I dont speak german at all.
So please share your ideas.

Well it wouldn't be Reichs, but Rekruten Ausbildungs Lager might be reasonable- I've never actually heard of such a thing though but I haven't anything better to suggest.
