Welcome to the forum. Someone will be around to help you out.
I will say, you are starting off on a great foot but using our forum threads and researching on your own.
Did you post the buckle also for authenticity? If so I suggest you post it separately in the SS Buckle forum. Front and back pics are needed.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

First off Welcome to the forum.
In my opinion the disk is a fake. The "SS" is not in the correct place or order. The unit is "25" on the top and "251" on the bottom. Finally the unit does not exist. Sorry. You should really post the buckle somewhere that it can be checked out.

Thanks for the quick response guys! That's not the first time I got in a hurry and purchased before doing proper research.. Oh well, live and learn... I got the buckle and disk together. I'll post the buckle on the proper thread.
Cheers!

As if another red flag is needed, the font is a curious mix of serif and sans-serif.

The 2 different unit numbers Does kind of make you blink, I admit...

Agree with the above for the same reasons ,the EKM is fake i'm afraid ! Learning German unit orbats and designations is a good basic start to spot the fakes !
