Hmmm, looks freshly stamped to me. The 'halo' around many of the digits/letters is a massive red flag. Can you return it?

Hello , I like not this brand . The overall impression is not fitting that typeface, letters , etc. The spots look after acid treatment from .by me she gets a resounding no .
I am still willing to let me convince .
