Nope, I've never heard of him. As far as Erkennungsmarken go though a good reputation doesn't necessarily mean anything since it's so specialized a subject, even those knowledgeable in a lot of other things often get taken themselves and buy and sell fakes believing they're real.

I would have to agree with Matt, never heard of this guy, but most dealers don't know fake Erkennungsmarken from a hole in the ground so that doesn't mean too much. I have bought good and bad from very reputable dealers.

This is very true! It turns out he sold the tag yesterday. O well I guess I will just keep on collecting thanks for all the help!
