Is it STALAG dog tag or not

Hallo. Please help to identify is it according to STALAG or not. Or just inventory dog tag. Just checked google i see that STALAG dog tags were in different forms- triangles form & etc

It's odd though that it has two holes for a cord of some kind- it's more reminscent of pre-WWI identity tags that were essentially unique to every unit since there was no standard; I've had a couple that are square- although they had rounded corners, not just clipped ones. It's too bad the top line is illegible; the first letter looks like an L? And it might be '13' at the end, which would fit with a unit designation- S.K. 2 could be something like Schützen-Kompanie 2 (meaning rifle, not armoured infantry), which is realistic. It could be almost anything though since there's not enough visible to say anything for sure...
