I have this disk I believe it is Police Technische Nothilfe (Technical Emergency Service). Does anyone know anything about what these guys did? It is a super high roll number so I assume it can't be too specialized?

before 1936 the Technical Emergency Service was a registered association , after which it was supervised by the Main Office of the Order Police . I would read them as " technical auxiliary police " brand
