TK dog tag - FAKE?

Absolutely that's a fake- the font is one of the most common and easily recognizable.

Sure thing. The other problem is that it's simply a Division and that's not normal at all; discs are normally issued by units no larger than a Regiment or Abteilung and usually just the Division command have discs marked with its information.
