What should it say on the erk.marke for this unit?

What would the correct stamp be for this unit:
SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs Abteilung 11.
It was a part of the 11. SS Freiwilligen-Panzergrenadier-Division Nordland. Mob.no.112501-113000.

What would a resonable serialnumber be?

I am making my own erkennungsmarke for my reenactment group, and no worries, i will make a lite stamp about it being new made so it cant be misstaken for a new one.

Generally a soldier who entered the service after the war began started in an Ersatz unit, and depending on when your persona is supposed to have joined the Waffen-SS, your best bet could be:

SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs-Ausbildungs-und Ersatz-Abteilung

It was created in the fall of 1942, so your guy would have to have joined after that. Since the Nordland existed as a Panzergrenadier-Division since 7.1943, that would work. The unit was given the number '1' in mid-1943. If you want to be earlier, you'd need to choose perhaps SS-Kradschützen-Ersatz-Bataillon, which actually became SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs-Ausbildungs-und Ersatz-Abteilung 1 so obviously could provide the appropriate personnel. Or even just the SS-Panzer-Ersatz-Abteilung, SS-Panzer-Ersatz-Regiment- either of those should work too.

Depending on which you choose the Stammrollennummer could be highish or really low if you go for my first suggestion.

Proper text would be for that first option would be

SS- Pz. Aufkl. A. u. E. Abt.

Some SS specialist replacement units didn't keep separate Kompanie rolls, so don't indicate a Kompanie number on their Erkennungsmarken- I don't know about this one though, so it might be best to do without for your reproduction.

If you're not sure if this works, to make a better selection we'd need to know exactly when your guy joined the service- down to the month.

So it should not say a number before the text, like 1./ SS- Pz. Aufkl. A. u. E. Abt. or 1./ SS- Pz. Aufkl. Abt. ?

If you're suggesting a joining date of 8.43, then SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs-Ausbildungs-und Ersatz-Abteilung 1 would be 'your' unit.

And like I mentioned it's not always the case that there was a Kompanie for these specialist units, and I have no indication what the case was here, so you're safer not putting one on; that way if you find out it is appropriate, you can add it, but you can't take it off if the opposite proves true.

So early in the unit's existence with that designation, there might only have been one round of recruits so a serial number of less than, say, 200 would probably be safe I'd think...
