I have seen this tag somewhere, or the same, was offered me about year ago by one guy in Tallinn. I have absolutely no ideas what it is, and Probably that is not belonged to the Third Reich era

I know this seller, he selling mostly attic found stuff, and yes, I saw this tag from him. IMO, not a valuable item
