For those of you who can be in London on 17 April.

The subject of the 2010 Leaman Lecture will be Clayton Knight - a Yank in the RFC - the story of this fine artist, and one time member of 44 & 206 Sqns RFC/RAF.

The 2010 Leaman Lecture will be given by author and historian Peter Kilduff at our AGM, on 17th April in the main auditorium of the RAF Museum, Hendon. Peter's name will be known to anyone who has even a passing interest in WW1 aviation - particularly from the German perspective - and most of us will have one or more of his books on our shelves.

Peter Kilduff is a founder and a President Emeritus of the League of World War I Aviation Historians. In 1986 he became the first managing editor of the League's quarterly journal Over the Front, and is currently its book review editor and an issue editor. He has been awarded the League’s Thornton D. Hooper Award for Excellence in Aviation History ten times. Peter was also a contributor and editor of the now-defunct U.S. Cross & Cockade Journal for 19 years, and has been a member of Cross & Cockade International since 1970
