Re: Identify these goggles please?
Though there were many copy-cats, those appear to be a set of WWI Resistal goggles. There should be the trademark name, Resistral, either stamped on the frame or embedded in the lens. The US government bought and issued Resistal goggles to pilots and observers during WWI and many were bought by aviators as a private purchase. Those are the lamb's wool "winter" version, which were almost all private purchase. Yours have the rounded lower frame, which was typical of the WWI version. Below are photos of the later version that had the so-called "V-Frame." Resistal goggles were very popular with US tank crewmen during WWII.

Re: Identify these goggles please?
Thanks very much for the info. Its not clear that 'Resistal' is stamped on the goggles (though there is a patch of corrosion which could be obscuring lettering). So it could well be a copy cat manufacturer.
