    Is your uncle still in Germany? I am frequently in Wiesbaden at the airfield. Maybe we can check the site out and find some more evidence. Can you post the photo of the data plate? Danny

    Yes he is ,but he move to ramstein.My uncle has the data plate will E-mail him and tell him to send me some pictures.The box with the medals is my uncles with the german cross he found there.the other box is the stuff I found.

    It is a military phone system. That way I can contact him.
    It seems there was no Ju-88 A version with that Werknummer, though there did exist a D version, which supposedly went down in the English Channel. I need to see the plate and post it in the German forum that I frequent. Danny

    He is in Bavaria this week for vacation,But I did send him a E-mail to send me pictures of the plaque,I should get them by tuesday.
    I hope we will be able to find out some info on this aircraft.

    He has not responded to my E-mail,will E-mail him again tonight.
    I have not forgotten.I know he has been busy but I hope to get more info.
