I don't know how it works over there, but in the States agencies respond better when you start showing up on their doorstep and make it known that you won't be going away. Most agencies figure you will just go away after not getting a reply. When I need something done, I just annoy the hell out of them until they make it happen. Truy that, you might get somewhere.

Now that is a good idea, I might actually try that. I will wait a bit(A week max) to make sure they will not answer my email, then we'll see. It took me about 8-10 months to gather all the information, a guy on a Norwegian forum helped me a lot(Made phone calls, found the correct department etc), I owe him a lot. Now it has been an entire year since I sent it, and I'm starting to get a bit annoyed.

Les Ventes is 30 miles distant from where i live.
