    Hi Dave, I know where you are coming from regarding the playing card emblem and it is similar in general design, but a Fighter Squadron emblem on a Ju52?

    Not a clue. I was guessing Norway(Looks like Gebirgsjäger sitting on it and the landscape is similar).

    I cant find that emblem in any of my references.

    This is the only other similar emblem I could see, but again a fighter unit - JG21

    Ok: I wondered if it was, hence you buying it.

    Here is a list of units based in Norway which you can research further:

    German airforce units in Norway 1940-45

    I tried the WWII day by day site for emblems and nothing there matches.

    This force was indeed in Norway. I wonder if it this has anything to do with it:
