Hadn't heard of a British "bone yard!" Where is it at? Any photos of what is there now?
Sarge
It was Townsville in north Queensland Sarge, (Australia), a very long way from Britain
(Not sure if the Brits ever used the Neptune).
There is still one near the main entrance to RAAF Base Garbutt (tropical Townsville) sitting out in all the weather, and can be
seen from the main road as you leave T'ville heading toward Cairns (which is further north than Townsville). There may be
one or two of the rest that survived, but the majority of them were scrapped in the late 70's.
