What's this statue?

Forgot to mention in my previous post, the two pictures are of Edward (Butch) O'Hare. Extremely close facial features on the statue and in the pictures.

I recall seeing this before, but don't remember where or what it is exactly. I know its not, but it reminds me of Michael Garman sculptures in bronze. Interesting.
