    In Military Powers he was declared by the order of People's
    Commissar of Defense of Ussr N° 166 from May , 28 , 1942 .

    One of my friends bought old house and found it there during cleaning all rubbish out. So I got it I dont collect them and I am ready to swap it if anybody is interested in.
