Any know what Soviet badge this is?

Just got a large group of post war soviet medals and badges but this little one stood out amongst them. Been searching for afew days but to no avail. Screwplate is marked for the Moscow mint and the badge itself is not in the best shape. Is it a commemorative pin, as its got elements of all forces on it?

badge DOSAAF (ДОСААФ) established in 1952. This is a paramilitary society in the Soviet Union, Voluntary Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet (Добровольное Общество Содействия Армии, Авиации и Флоту).
