No problem! Glad to see the thread revided. This one was awarded to Vladimir Petrovich Proskurnin on 15 Mar 1946 and signed by the commander of the 1913th Antitank Artillery Regiment, Major Stroganov.

Great job, Auke! Perhaps (in case Darrenj40 is not aware) we just need to add specific campaigns: Gavel - for Berlin & Prague, Ponomarenko -Soviet Subarctic, Proskurin -Victory over Japan, Semenyuk - Kiyev.
