Soviet paratrooper badge pattern 55 , militia 36/39 , the third badge is not Soviet.

It's the Dutch Military Physical Proficiency Badge, the Brevet voor Militair Lichamelijke Vaardigheid, or "MLV" badge for short. (The blue symbol is a stylized combination of the letters M, L and V.)
The requirements for the grade seen here with the blue-enamelled cypher include a swimming test, while a fully bronze-colored badge of otherwise identical design is without the swimming.

Ribbons = the red bits on the wreath on the middle badge. Each ribbon represented a republic in the Soviet Union. As countries joined or left, the number of ribbons on the wreath would change accordingly, making it possible to get a rough estimate of the age or era of the piece.

Oh I see, thank you William, I have seen this badge for sale: Collect Russia M 1937 Police Officer hat badge, 1937-39. Soviet Russian how would mine compare in value?
