Very scarce document for the Medal Defense of the Caucasus issued to Mukhlisa Dovlatova Rakhimova dated February 12th, 1945 by the Chairman and Secretary of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of Azerbaijan SSR, Serial #A020897. Medal appears to have its original two-piece steel suspension.
