Excellent Railway Troop badge - wartime

I'm one step closer to completing my wartime Excellence badges collection. I now managed to find this nice, though slightly worn condition (with minor damage to the enamel) Excellent Railway Troop badge. This one is with the center medaillon a bit higher on the badge. Can't seem to find if this is an earlier or later version compared to the badge with center medaillon a bit lower. Perhaps anyone here can share their knowledge on the Railway Troop badges?

There is also a postwar variation of the Pobeda factory ...
