Guard's Badge

Article about: I have only just begun to collect Russian WWII. I have this Guard badge that I hope is WWII. Why do some have fringe on the flags? Mine does not. Bob Hritz

    Certificate for the awarding of the "Guards Badge" issued to Junior Lieutenant I. I. Pas'kov dated January 23rd, 1945 by the 1st Guards "Ul'yanovsk" Red Banner Order of the Red Star Tank School named after V. I.
