Guard's Badge

Article about: I have only just begun to collect Russian WWII. I have this Guard badge that I hope is WWII. Why do some have fringe on the flags? Mine does not. Bob Hritz

    Post war......given mark 1970-1980s?
    Plus someone has cut off the pin and put a new clip on.
    hard to see photo, but I think this 'victory' mark.....
