Help with Medal/Medallion YPCP

Don't know if this is the right place to post, but could do with some help in identifying this and also translating the wording if anyone can help.

It's some kind of Ukrainian table medal. The obverse obviously commemorates Lenin's would-be 100th anniversary, and the reserve says in Ukrainian "For active committment in organizing the Amateur Art Festival, Ukrainian SSR, 1968-1970".
