Help with three locations on award document

Article about: Can somebody help identify the three locations that this person was wounded? This is another bit of research I'm working. I'm not sure what some of the abbreviations mean and I'm not sure I

    You are correct, case is 1950's and also not AP! I cannot find good WW2 round.
