    Russian - my native language, but English I know considerably worse. Will translate as I can - though something becomes more clear.

    Bakulevsky Vasily Mifodievich was born 3/26/1919 in village Olgopol of Tulchinsky district of Kamenets-Podolsk province (in old administrative division), Olgopolsky area of Vinnitsa area - on new.
    Nationality - the Ukrainian. From peasants. Parents before revolution were a farmers, after revolution - collective farmers.
    Bakulevsky 14 years worked as the bookkeeper. A social status - the employee. The non-party.
    Consisted a member of trade union of financially-bank workers. Formation - an average (in 1938 has finished accounting faculty of the Odessa technical school of the food-processing industry).
    During service in the ranks of the Soviet Army happened abroad: 8.1944-1.1945 - Poland, 1.1945-6.1945 - Czechoslovakia.
    Further (point 21) - labour activity. Where, whom, when worked.
    Knows the Ukrainian and Russian languages.
    The general experience of service in army - 6 years.
    Participated in fights at protection of Sevastopol.
    In captivity was not.
    In territory occupied by Germans was not.
    1/31/1942 has been wounded in malar area with bone smashing and the subsequent enucleation of the left eye
    3/8/1945 Command of 4-th Ukrainian front has awarded with a medal "For services in battle"
    Has not been condemned.
    Has no penalty.
    Married, has 2 children.
