Need opinions! Order of the patriotic war group

What do you think of these? What would be a upper price limit?

I think these Orders of the Patriotic War and accompanying Order Books appear genuine, both issued to Ivan Prokof'evich Matviyenko. Number 4744747 appears to be a 1985 Jubilee Issue in 2nd Class complete with Order Book. I am unable to discern a number on the other Order of the Patriotic War. All I can make out is 96313, and I am not sure of there is a number in front of the 9. Certainly better scans/photographs of this particular Order as well as all of the Order Book itself, especially the inner pages where the awards, numbers and dates are listed are needed to make a more accurate assessment. I do not believe it is the purpose of this forum to provide valuation services.
