I was told this is an Ambulance Drivers badge, is that correct? Does anyone have any idea of the age?
It is numbered on the back.

It is 1930s jetton: "Ready For Sanitary (Medical) Defence of USSR".

I can't see why this would have not been awarded to an ambulance driver.
