can someone also tell what the numbers stand for?(69/11/99)?
Authentic example - 1985r issue to veterans. 691199 is simply a serial number that is documented on record and in an adjoining document/"book" presented to to the recipient.

Hi Nuno, that is far too much money. I would pay around £10 to £15 max for one of these.
Cheers, Ade.
Never seen fake....
It is normal.
1985 year-you right.
Cheers

Arktis ist Nicht!
i agree , overpriced
for example , ORDER OF THE GREAT PATRIOT.WAR+LENIN medal for 24,99 usd:

Hi Nuno, wartime pattern awards are faked however. Or sometimes the original gold hammer and sickles have been taken off and sold, sometimes by the Vets when they hit hard times. These got replaced with brass ones. Easy to tell a wartime one, as this insignia is a separate part. When you look at the back, you will see two prongs.
But you are safe buying the 1985 re-issues.
Cheers, Ade.
