Just curious if anyone can identify this plaque-like object. I spotted it in an antique shop and couldn't quite figure out the note that was attached. Is this a post-war commemorative plaques of some type? Thanks for your input.

I can't tell you the originality of the plaque, but found
information for the motive on it:

The note has no correct information on it unfortunately. The "mound of Glory" in Belarus opened in 1969 and so this plaque has to be newer than that.
Still cool, but not 30s or 40s.

Still think it is an interesting item, just because it is post 1945 doesn't mean it cannot belong in a collection.
