russian badges

Hello could any one tell me what these pins are and if they are rare. My uncle bought them in Moscow for 5 cents a peice a couple years back for me well he was their for work. I do not collect Russian items so I have no clue what they are for and the value.

the second is a badge of young pioneer with devise : ALWAYS READY
is not rare tinnies and not a great value , around $1 $ to $10 ,

Thanks Pierre for your help. I will hold on to them since they were given to me by my uncle and even though I am not a collector of Russian militaria they are still nice to have.

The tinnies is crap, Iron cross, I've worn the pioneers badge from 1983 till 1987 year, being a member of this organistaion
