Soviet MVD Internal Army Sentry Post Commander Breast Badge 1978 - 1991

Not sure if one of these has hit the forums or not, but I just got this Soviet badge in the mail today. I liked the look of it, so I decided to grab it. I don't know what it says or much more about it other than what the title tells us. I'm a sucker for a nice looking badge, and the Russians have nice badges.
