The two cap badges look like good, modern items.
I actually like the ribbon bar. Is it material ribbon covered by plastic or are they painted?

I have seen them painted before, how common or unusual that is, I cannot say. I have a medal bar that has plastic ribbons over metal backing. https://www.warrelics.eu/forum/order...-please-77879/

The ribbon bar is most likely original and unaltered. The two cap badges are original as well, but are probably unissued. You can buy these in lots of hundreds on eBay. The left star was worn on several sorts of everyday headwear, the right star on enlisted men and NCO parade caps.

Ingrid, your cap is not Soviet (post-Soviet replica) and the cap badge probably unissued (and not correct for this type of headwear).
