Special topics in the Soviet orders/medalls/badges collecting

I believe to put together more or less complete collection of the Soviet orders, medals or badges taking into account that market prices of some pieces are currently higher than price of the apartment in European city is unreachable aim.
Does anybody collect Soviet orders, medals or badges taking in mind any special topics (themes, targets)?
Collecting topic examples: variations of the Order of the Red Star, variations of military Excellent badges, documented personal groups with repeated awarding of one order or medal, etc.
Please look at such groups with 2 Red Stars and 2 Medals for Combat Service and advise your sectors of interest for further discussion.
