Stalingrad Defence medal... with a name on it?

Hello everyone! I have stumbled upon this Stalingrad medal, that I believe is real. The only reason I would find this medal fake, is maybe the lack of detail on the faces? Also, on the reverse of the medal, there is what I am assuming to be a name of the recipient. My question is: do you guys think that the name is either postwar/added by the seller for more interest in the item? Thanks!

Hard to say, could be wartime, could be postwar.
