    Default 20mm shell needs identification

Hello from Canada! I have a 20mm shell that is near impossible to identify. Some contacts have said it is Hispano or German (more leaning towards German). The fuse is the puzzle. My grandfather gave this to me 55 years ago and I had always assumed it was an Italian shell as he served in an Alpine division in WW1. My uncle had served in the Canadian artillery in France, Holland and Germany in WW2 and this is probably where he picked it up giving it to my grandfather when back in Canada. Two photos are attached and I hope these are clear enough for someone to identify!

    Thanks in advance.
