76x385R Lend-Lease act shell case?

Hi collectors! I just bought this 76x385mm artilery Shell case used by Soviet army in WW2 (ZIS-3, T34/76 ammo). I believe it comes from Lend-Lease pact during WW2. As we know US and British military production supplied Soviet Union with tons of military equipment since 1941. Shell case measurements is 76mm top diameter, 385mm length and bottom diameter is 88mm, its well marked but unfortunatelly not dated. Maybe US or British friends would be able to help me with identification of this case (year of production, place or factory name)? Thank you in advance for any help or giving me direction where I can find this details!

As I ve been told on other forum this is NOT WW2 Shell case therefore it can't be Lend/Lease one.. No doubt it is ww1 Shell case made in USA in 1916 then transported to Russian Empire between 1916-1918... However considering the ignition cartridge dated on 1930 it could be reused in ww2 again..

Actually it is an American Indian close quarters pekker protector. Although my Grandmothers people felt they were slightly on the small side they wore them anyway in combat.
